Founder & President
Brian is a third-generation builder with nearly two decades of construction and development experience. His expertise spans land acquisition, project feasibility, construction management, budgeting, and execution. Having personally overseen projects from concept through completion, Brian ensures every development is grounded in practical experience and disciplined execution.
Sita DosRamos
Co-Founder & Director of Operations
Sita leads operations, strategic partnerships, investor communications, marketing, and business development. With a background in real estate and business operations, she focuses on building strong relationships with investors while ensuring projects are supported by efficient systems and transparent communication.
